Planting seeds of CHANGE

Integration begins with Preparation.

How we approach an experience of expanded states, lays the groundwork for transformation. Like turning the soil in our gardens or gathering our seeds, thoughtful work beforehand benefits how we may grow.

Integration is personally unique.

The unfolding of our experiences is individually distinct, but it doesn't have to be alone. Breakthroughs and insights can be enlightening or challenging, while worthwhile. Having support throughout our process helps strengthen the roots of our awareness.

Integration is seen and unseen.

The metabolization of experiences occurs consciously and unconsciously. We may be transforming in immeasurable ways we may not be aware of. And we can encourage new shoots of growth when we adapt our ways of thinking and acting to align with what we learn along the way.

Integration is a process, not a destination.

Experiences of expanded states of consciousness grow in meaning over time as we gain perspective of their significance through continued awareness and examination. We can support their transformative potential by working to create conditions to support the changes we want to cultivate in our selves, our relationships, and our environment.

Integration can be aided by support.

By rooting experiences of expanded states of consciousness, intentionally designing ways to incorporate them into our daily lives, we can cultivate growth and transformation.

6 Seeds provides a unique and innovative framework for whole person integration.

I look forward to working together.
