Iā€™m Lindsay Rider.

I was raised in the great outdoors of Utah. My personal passion for exploration has inspired my journeys far and wide, deepening my connection with the natural world including work with visionary plant medicines and traditional ways of healing.

I am committed to practices involving self-inquiry, reflection, and readjustment as my awareness grows around myself and my relationships with others and our Mother Earth. I know that I have the power to create a fulfilling, connected, and meaningful life.

My work includes holding space for others to do and know the same. I specialize in supporting people to deepen their understanding of themselves and to collaboratively create pathways to apply what they learn along the way.

I believe we are each unique in our unfolding.

I believe we are powerful beyond all we can perceive.

I believe we are immeasurable.
